Dr. Sarroza is great however wait times are long.

Dr. Sorroza was very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable. I rate her a 5/5. On the other hand, I give the experience leading up to and after a 3/5. I sat in the office from 8:46-9:39 waiting to be seen. In addition, when I made a follow up appointment for another need, I attempted to call several times to get support with a question and was placed on hold repeatedly.

8:35 appt. seen by Dr. at 9:45. I told the staff at front desk that I HAD to leave by 9:45 for a work appointment. When the Dr. came in the examining room she said the staff had JUST put my file on her desk. She said she was not running late at all. Resulted in a rushed exam. (Dr. gave me the choice to reschedule but after already being there for almost 1.5 hrs. I said just continue). I'm pretty disappointed and will not return.

Dr. Marinelli is very bright. I was a new patient, and she made me feel relaxed. She didn’t miss any small words in what I answered, even though English is my second language.

She was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out everything was painless and seamless. I will be using her all the time now.

Since I posted my negative review I must say that my experience has improved from Dr Mehta and her team. Maria and Olivia have been caring and responsive.

Signed in and waited 40 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge that I was there and properly check me in. Waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time to actually be seen. doctor asked the most basic questions and quickly diagnosed me without proper questions about what I was experiencing . Do not recommend this office at all.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:05pm - not seen by doctor until 4pm because of back up appointment issues/computer issues? Almost left the appt at 4pm. Disappointed that no one came into the exam room at 3;45pm to say she was running late. My time is valuable especially since I still work.

It's always nice to come to the Dr. Sarroza clinic. She always answers all your questions with love and patience.

Dr Sarroza is great .Front desk nice . The only issue was that she ran about an hour behind schedule . First visit I was seen on time. For my ultrasound I was scheduled first visit of the day , I believe 8 am . The tech didn’t see me until 40 minutes later, which was odd considering that I was the first visit . I would recommend this office but to take into consideration that you might need to wait to be seen for a scheduled appointment.

I have to share what happened too me on this place . Dr. Yesse recommended a procedure and informed me that my health insurance had approved it. Based on that approval, I was charged the corresponding copay. After I paid and completed the procedure, I was unexpectedly sent a bill for $2,000, stating that my insurance had canceled the coverage. This situation is unacceptable, as I was clearly told the procedure was approved before it was performed. Furthermore, I was informed that if I don’t pay the bill, my account will be sent to collections. I believe this situation is extremely unfair and misleading, and I kindly request a detailed explanation and resolution. Please review my case and confirm why the approval was reversed after the procedure was completed.

Easy first visit and very kind Dr

The wait was pretty long, but once they called me in, I saw Dr. Mehta right away and was able to discuss all of my concerns with her.

Was more than I expected

DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY (1) The office is extremely disorganized, and it took 3 times to get my appointment correct. (2) Then they demanded to retain my credit card information ON FILE against my will or i would not be able to see the Dr. (3) When I made my appointment, I made it clear that I only wanted HRT treatment which I have been paying out of pocket to alternative medicine doctors. Dr. Mehta was rude, dismissive and was trying to force me against my religious beliefs to get a pap smear and mammogram. Then pretended that she was issuing my prescription for HRT which is covered under my insurance, then turned and demanded that I allow her to do a pap smear and mammogram. When again I refused for RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, she told me to find another office. (4) Then they stupidly post a notice about Tylenol that it does not hurt to take during pregnancies even though the bottle clearly has a warning on it! (5) Upon coming home after paying the $10 co pay for a waste of time (3rd time) I was locked out of the patient portal which violates HIPAA law. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had a very positive first visit with Dr. Mehta. She was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and really took time to ask questions, listen, and reassure. I was totally impressed and am grateful to have found her!

Dr Mehta has never been very personal. I have been seeing her for 2 years. Very cold personality. It has taken her almost a month to forward my results to me. Even if she was on vacation you can remote access in, have someone else go through them. I had contacted their office through portal and phone and she never responded. Do not recommend her as your physician.

Grateful for Dr. Mehta. She listened to my health concerns. She helped me when I was struggling with postpartum depression with my second child. Fast forward a few years later and she performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy for me. I had been advocating for this after dealing with heavy periods ands stabling pain for years. Dr. Mehta listens to her patients and provides excellent care. I am thankful to be a patient of hers.

I came in for my annual visit 15 minutes before I was scheduled in, I was in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes before I was called back to a room where Maria did my vitals. Yessy came in shortly after and did my exam. She is very gentle and she answers all of my questions.

I had a very positive experience with the doctor, who was kind, professional, and thorough during my visit. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk staff. I attempted to call several times, but was repeatedly placed on hold for an extended period, and the call was eventually disconnected. On one occasion, I was able to speak with a representative named Ms. Desiree, but unfortunately, her attitude came across as very rude and unprofessional. While the doctor provided excellent care, I believe the clinic should address the behavior and communication skills of the front-line staff. They represent the first point of contact for patients and play a crucial role in shaping the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I do appreciate the quality of care I received from the doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Mehta has been my OB for many years and I am so grateful to have her. She is very professional and informative. She is the best!

First time visit. DURING yearly pap procedure - while in the most uncomfortable position - Dr. opened door and yelled for a certain piece of equipment out into the hallway. Then she continued with procedure, mentioned that my cervix is closed up but she can fix it. Within a minute she finished the procedure- I barely got the chance to ask what happened -she said it's called STENOSIS. I have never heard of it, but didn't get the chance to ask more about it because she left. I had to google it later and still don't know if I should freak out.

My recent experience with Dr. Sarroza for my annual wellness exam was great. The wait time was shorter than usual and she was thorough in her exam. She answered any questions I had and listened to my concerns. She has a great bedside manner! From a patient experience standpoint it was five stars.

I have recently hit menopause and my symptoms are “severe” and Dr. Mehta has been patient and attentive, she listens and she’s doing an amazing job working with me to balance my hormones and give me a better quality of life in this stage.

In just three visits, Yessy has quickly become an integral member of my medical provider team. She always takes her time, listens closely to any issues I'm experiencing, and diligently works with me to try to diagnose even the most complicated and evasive conditions. Yessy and all the members of the Fort Lauderdale office are just wonderful, and I cannot recommend them enough.

There was a bit of a wait, but that seems to be the norm these days at all MD offices. Dr. Mehta took her time with me, sjhe was very engaged and personal. So important to have that kind of care and attention! Dr. Mehta is great.

Dr. Sarroza is the best ever. She always makes me feel very comfortable, extremely personable, overwhelmingly professional. Gyno appointments are very stressful and put me in a bad mood, but all of that melts away when I see Dr. Sarroza. I don't think I can ever see another doctor after having her.

I have been with this practice since Dr Sam, and I must say Dr. Mehta is amazing. She has excellent social skills that allows one to be comfortable through the examination process. She listens and shows genuine care as she provides feedback and recommendations.

I saw her for the first time in my early pregnancy check up. I felt really disregarded in a sense that I know my symptoms are not normal at all but she kept giving me false reassurance that it is normal. She also had another nurse or doctor with her who she did not introduce to me, and the other woman did not speak at all to introduce herself to me either. It was very awkward .

Dr Sarroza was very pleasant and polite! Although I was naked on the table for 45 min. Awaiting my exam. My consultation was at 11am and I end up being there for an hour to have a Pap smear and a short conversation with the dr for 3 min at 11:45am. I was expecting a bit more time with the dr, specially since I mentioned I have plans of getting pregnant.

I’m not to complaining about the Dr Joanne Sarrosa, she’s a very nice, the problem was I came early for my appointment which was at 11am but they had me waiting for a whole hour finally when I get inside the nurse had me remove all my clothes which I didn’t have to and then I waited for another 30 minutes. Nobody came into the room until the doctor came and then tell me that I didn’t have to remove my clothes. I find that very very irresponsible of the nurse.

I loved the service, dedication and treatment of both Dr. Mehta and Dr. Sarroza when it comes to my pregnancy and delivery. I am a first time Mom and had no idea what the pregnancy process entailed, they never made me feel silly for asking questions that probably should've been common sense and didn't think twice when it came to mine and my child's health. They took no chances! Which I appreciated! They even discontinued my relationship with an outside center that was responsible for my ultrasounds because of the foul treatment that was being provided at that particular center. I can't thank them both enough for my care during pregnancy and for the safe delivery of my baby girl. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

I had a UTI and called they put me right in. The staff told me while I was in the waiting room that I needed a referral. They told me they reached out to my primary care and they said tell her to go to the ER. REALLY??? Then the staff at Yessy Felipe said try to call them and I did, they sent over the referral and didn't cost our healthcare more money no wonder why we have issues in this country. Anyway Yessy and her staff got it straight because they cared. Thank you so much for not leaving me in discomfort.

I truly don’t write reviews but how I was treated today by one of the women at the front desk was terrible. I was given a bill and information over the phone the day prior and told the woman that I would call back to give her the amount that I could pay at the visit. Unfortunately,I was not able to call back prior to my appointment the next day. I understand that this may have caused an inconvenience for the office and I apologized about that. After I told them I was not able to call back in a timely manner the woman at the front desk not dealing with me directly, but in the back with her colleagues proceeded to keep reiterating loudly that I did not call back. She kept saying this over and over and over and over again in a very aggravated and rude tone to the point where everyone including myself in the waiting room could hear her. I was getting very frustrated and embarrassed because I already apologized to you about not calling back and causing and inconvenience. Why would you continue to egg me on and talk about me to your colleagues where can still hear? That was so unprofessional. I understand venting about the situation, as it may have been frustrating as a staff member to have to deal with the consequences of me not calling back BUT there is a way to vent, and it’s in private or at lunch when patients are not around. I was approached by the manager because at this point I was holding up the line and causing a small scene trying to explain how the girls’ behavior offended me. The manager accurately explained all the payment details in a calm and respectful way but did NOT take any accountability for her receptionist’s actions AT ALL. I was told “this is why we like to do things over the phone because now I have a line” I was not reassured that her behavior was offensive and I felt like I was a nuisance as a patient. They made it seem like it was just so hard to help me because of one call back. This could have been handled so much better and I was so disappointed because I was supposed to find out my baby’s sex today but I’ve canceled care at Elite indefinitely. I will be finding a new OB. Nobody apologized and I was made to feel like I was the problem. Never again.

I find this practice very challenging to deal with. There is a lack of communication and being asked to make multiple appoints for things that can absolutely be handled in a single visit or a phone call is not reasonable. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone for appointments, questions etc. Overall I find my experience with this practice beyond frustrating. As the daughter of a physician I know that the patient experience can be better and should be. I have been surrounded by medical practices my entire life and this has been extremely aggravating.

Yessy was sooo sweet! Answered all my questions and treated me so proactively! It was my first time ever feeling like someone listened to what I said. The assistance was sweet too! I'm super afraid of needles and my vein never shows and she took my blood sample without me even feeling a thing!

I went there for the first time to set up an appointment and to see their facility. I got an appointment the following day. I've been looking for a place to get my annual check ups and learning to find out that I'm expecting, I'm happy that I chose Elitobgyn! Dr. Mehta walked me through the weeks to come. I love coming to Elite OBGYN. My only issue is so for the second year in a row the office seemed to me overbooked and my appointment took two and a half hours. I wasn’t called back until an hour after my appointment time and then after my appointment with the doctor it took another 30 minutes of waiting for the nurse to come back for blood work.

Dr. Whitney is awesome. Never have I had such a caring, non-judgmental, honest and truly gifted, dedicated health care educator and Doctor.

I am coming back to Dr Tina she was helping me with my matter 3 years ago. The only doctor i trust and feel comfortable with. No wonder she expands business as shes and everybody involved are awesome! Fast service, everyone is friendly & helpful! I am a doctor freak, but felt very comfortable there. Thank you!
