Always a pleasure to visit Dr. Mehta, she and her staff are excellent!

Yessy is kind and knowledgeable. You can definitely trust her recommendations, she is always spot on. Her MA is amazing. Never have I had a visit she didn’t make me laugh. Front office staff is welcoming and extremely helpful. Do not hesitate to visit Yessy, you will not be disappointed and will leave with all of your questions and concerns answered!

Scheduling made a mistake and scheduled my appointment in a established patient time slot. I realized it when I was about to leave for my appointment, because I checked my email and saw that my appt was for a month away. They sent the email the same day of my appointment . When I called to find out what was going on, they said "I" booked the appt in the incorrect time slot. I explained that I called in to book my appt so if there was a mistake it was on their end. They still wanted to book me a month out. Then they said they called me and left a message to change my appt. The only message I received was the appt reminder. They were able to book me for that Friday (original appt was Wed). However, if I did not push for it, I do not believe it would have happened. Friday comes and I was a few minutes pass the caught time for late appt. Totally on me. Marie was super friendly and helpful. She was able to get me in on Monday. On Monday, I had completed the paperwork ahead of time except for the credit card on file because I do not have a credit card. Marie was not as friendly as she was on Friday and stated that I had to complete it in order to be seen by the doctor and if the 15 mins went pass my appt, my appointment was going to be cancelled. She also stated that they send it out in advanced. I said I do not have a credit card and hence why I did not complete that form. I traveled from North Miami. To be turned away because I do not have a credit card is not the practice I want to give my business to. If their system gets breached it will be problematic and this happens all the time. Dr. Mehta was professional and efficient. She did answer all of my questions and made sure to do so. I was not rushed, however it was rushed. There was no warmth and I felt like another number.

My follow up visit with Dr. Meta went very well. The office is so organized and friendly! Dr. Meta really helped m e out! I highly recommend her!

I love this place they take you pretty fast, know who you are and if you're sick they get you in. I love that the 3D Breast imaging thats coming then I can keep all in one place thank you to al of you fir caring.

Dr. Mehta was great. Very understand and provided referrals for my needs. I would suggest the office reviews their appointment times. If I'm 15 minutes late, I get a no show fee, but if they are over an hour late, I'm expected to be understanding.

Dr. Meta and the staff are incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, walk you through the procedures and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her and the office.

No longer waiting and very pleasant

I underwent the Mona Lisa laser treatment last week, and since Friday, I have experienced a significant improvement in my dryness. I am very grateful for your assistance. I highly recommend this procedure to any woman who is experiencing dryness from menopause.

I have been seeing practioners at Elite since 2022 and saw Dr. Sarroza and Dr. Mehta during my pregnancy in 2023. am so grateful to Dr. Mehta for performing my hysterectomy last year. After years and years of suffering with adenomyosis, medication, and seeing many different OBGYNS, Dr. Mehta was the first to agree to perform a hysterectomy on me. I was 39 years old with two children and tubal ligation and was done being in pain and with unmanageable bleeding. Dr. Mehta listened to me and performed robotically assisted surgery on me last August. I healed beautifully from the surgery. She is so patient and so kind. She truly changed my life. I have lost 40 lbs since the surgery. Without living in pain, migraines from periods, I was motivated to lose weight and get healthier for myself and my family. I can now swim with my kids after years of missing out due to heavy bleeding. Dr. Mehta gave me my life back by listening to me and agreeing to perform a surgery I had been wanting to have since the birth of my last child. I am so grateful to her!

Her demeanor helps you keep a positive attitude no matter what you’re going through. additionally, she is thorough so she checks everything out to make sure you are in your top-notch health and if you’re not, she will get you there. I’m very grateful that I switched to this practice.

What an incredible, efficient, professional, organized practice! Practitioner Yessy and her staff are truly the epitome of what Lean Six Sigma quality is all about—cutting waste through efficiency and effort. My registration by her staff was fast, easy, and friendly. Followed by an assistant who was efficient and asked the questions that were needed. Practitioner Felipe was personable, asked the right questions, and provided recommendations. By the time I was dressed, she had three referrals, and her staff was quick to offer me two more future appointments. I am so impressed by het and all of her staff. I recommended her to three other people. She, in fact, redirected me to a sonogram follow-up, where they found a small cyst. I mean, I know God is the one responsible for me, but he guides people like her to serve others. She and her staff are incredible, and I'm extremely pleased and grateful for their service.

Dr. Yessy is kind, communicative and thorough, speaking in terms a patient can understand. Always advocating on our behalf; providing excellent care and clear instructions.

As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised to be taken right on time with minimal weighting in the exam room. The exam focused on doing a full evaluation of my history to provide viable treatment options in the future. An added bonus is that blood draws are done on site, eliminating the tedious process of booking a separate lab appointment. It was one of the smoothest, pain free blood draws I’ve ever had, thanks to nurse Brittany. Happy to have found this practice right in my neighborhood.

Doctor Mehta is so amazing. She takes her time and knows exactly what she is doing. If you feel any sort of discomfort or issues, she is receptive and will actually take care of your concern. I went in for a routine annual check up and pap smear, which is very overwhelming and uncomfortable for a ton of women. She and her staff are so attentive and super kind and gentle physically during the exam and while checking out and sending results. I saw her when she was pregnant, and now her baby is almost 3! Dr. Sarroza is great however wait times are long.

Dr. Sorroza was very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable. I rate her a 5/5. On the other hand, I give the experience leading up to and after a 3/5. I sat in the office from 8:46-9:39 waiting to be seen. In addition, when I made a follow up appointment for another need, I attempted to call several times to get support with a question and was placed on hold repeatedly.

8:35 appt. seen by Dr. at 9:45. I told the staff at front desk that I HAD to leave by 9:45 for a work appointment. When the Dr. came in the examining room she said the staff had JUST put my file on her desk. She said she was not running late at all. Resulted in a rushed exam. (Dr. gave me the choice to reschedule but after already being there for almost 1.5 hrs. I said just continue). I'm pretty disappointed and will not return.

Dr. Marinelli is very bright. I was a new patient, and she made me feel relaxed. She didn’t miss any small words in what I answered, even though English is my second language.

She was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out everything was painless and seamless. I will be using her all the time now.

Since I posted my negative review I must say that my experience has improved from Dr Mehta and her team. Maria and Olivia have been caring and responsive.

Signed in and waited 40 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge that I was there and properly check me in. Waited an hour after my scheduled appointment time to actually be seen. doctor asked the most basic questions and quickly diagnosed me without proper questions about what I was experiencing . Do not recommend this office at all.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:05pm - not seen by doctor until 4pm because of back up appointment issues/computer issues? Almost left the appt at 4pm. Disappointed that no one came into the exam room at 3;45pm to say she was running late. My time is valuable especially since I still work.

It's always nice to come to the Dr. Sarroza clinic. She always answers all your questions with love and patience.

Dr Sarroza is great .Front desk nice . The only issue was that she ran about an hour behind schedule . First visit I was seen on time. For my ultrasound I was scheduled first visit of the day , I believe 8 am . The tech didn’t see me until 40 minutes later, which was odd considering that I was the first visit . I would recommend this office but to take into consideration that you might need to wait to be seen for a scheduled appointment.

After I completed all the procedures, a finance representative came to me saying that everything had been denied, and that I owed them money — a lot of money. Then she said they would send my name to a collection company. That makes no sense. Let me be clear: you can send my name wherever you want, but I will never pay for something that is not my fault

I have to share what happened too me on this place . Dr. Yesse recommended a procedure and informed me that my health insurance had approved it. Based on that approval, I was charged the corresponding copay. After I paid and completed the procedure, I was unexpectedly sent a bill for $2,000, stating that my insurance had canceled the coverage. This situation is unacceptable, as I was clearly told the procedure was approved before it was performed. Furthermore, I was informed that if I don’t pay the bill, my account will be sent to collections. I believe this situation is extremely unfair and misleading, and I kindly request a detailed explanation and resolution. Please review my case and confirm why the approval was reversed after the procedure was completed.

Easy first visit and very kind Dr

The wait was pretty long, but once they called me in, I saw Dr. Mehta right away and was able to discuss all of my concerns with her.

Was more than I expected

DO NOT GO HERE - STAY AWAY (1) The office is extremely disorganized, and it took 3 times to get my appointment correct. (2) Then they demanded to retain my credit card information ON FILE against my will or i would not be able to see the Dr. (3) When I made my appointment, I made it clear that I only wanted HRT treatment which I have been paying out of pocket to alternative medicine doctors. Dr. Mehta was rude, dismissive and was trying to force me against my religious beliefs to get a pap smear and mammogram. Then pretended that she was issuing my prescription for HRT which is covered under my insurance, then turned and demanded that I allow her to do a pap smear and mammogram. When again I refused for RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, she told me to find another office. (4) Then they stupidly post a notice about Tylenol that it does not hurt to take during pregnancies even though the bottle clearly has a warning on it! (5) Upon coming home after paying the $10 co pay for a waste of time (3rd time) I was locked out of the patient portal which violates HIPAA law. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Dr Mehta has never been very personal. I have been seeing her for 2 years. Very cold personality. It has taken her almost a month to forward my results to me. Even if she was on vacation you can remote access in, have someone else go through them. I had contacted their office through portal and phone and she never responded. Do not recommend her as your physician.

Grateful for Dr. Mehta. She listened to my health concerns. She helped me when I was struggling with postpartum depression with my second child. Fast forward a few years later and she performed a laparoscopic hysterectomy for me. I had been advocating for this after dealing with heavy periods ands stabling pain for years. Dr. Mehta listens to her patients and provides excellent care. I am thankful to be a patient of hers.

I had a very positive experience with the doctor, who was kind, professional, and thorough during my visit. However, I was quite disappointed with the front desk staff. I attempted to call several times, but was repeatedly placed on hold for an extended period, and the call was eventually disconnected. On one occasion, I was able to speak with a representative named Ms. Desiree, but unfortunately, her attitude came across as very rude and unprofessional. While the doctor provided excellent care, I believe the clinic should address the behavior and communication skills of the front-line staff. They represent the first point of contact for patients and play a crucial role in shaping the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I do appreciate the quality of care I received from the doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Mehta has been my OB for many years and I am so grateful to have her. She is very professional and informative. She is the best!

First time visit. DURING yearly pap procedure - while in the most uncomfortable position - Dr. opened door and yelled for a certain piece of equipment out into the hallway. Then she continued with procedure, mentioned that my cervix is closed up but she can fix it. Within a minute she finished the procedure- I barely got the chance to ask what happened -she said it's called STENOSIS. I have never heard of it, but didn't get the chance to ask more about it because she left. I had to google it later and still don't know if I should freak out.

My recent experience with Dr. Sarroza for my annual wellness exam was great. The wait time was shorter than usual and she was thorough in her exam. She answered any questions I had and listened to my concerns. She has a great bedside manner! From a patient experience standpoint it was five stars.

I have recently hit menopause and my symptoms are “severe” and Dr. Mehta has been patient and attentive, she listens and she’s doing an amazing job working with me to balance my hormones and give me a better quality of life in this stage.

In just three visits, Yessy has quickly become an integral member of my medical provider team. She always takes her time, listens closely to any issues I'm experiencing, and diligently works with me to try to diagnose even the most complicated and evasive conditions. Yessy and all the members of the Fort Lauderdale office are just wonderful, and I cannot recommend them enough.

There was a bit of a wait, but that seems to be the norm these days at all MD offices. Dr. Mehta took her time with me, sjhe was very engaged and personal. So important to have that kind of care and attention! Dr. Mehta is great.

I saw her for the first time in my early pregnancy check up. I felt really disregarded in a sense that I know my symptoms are not normal at all but she kept giving me false reassurance that it is normal. She also had another nurse or doctor with her who she did not introduce to me, and the other woman did not speak at all to introduce herself to me either. It was very awkward .

Dr Sarroza was very pleasant and polite! Although I was naked on the table for 45 min. Awaiting my exam. My consultation was at 11am and I end up being there for an hour to have a Pap smear and a short conversation with the dr for 3 min at 11:45am. I was expecting a bit more time with the dr, specially since I mentioned I have plans of getting pregnant.

Nobody came into the room until the doctor came and then tell me that I didn’t have to remove my clothes. I find that very very irresponsible of the nurse.

They took no chances! Which I appreciated! They even discontinued my relationship with an outside center that was responsible for my ultrasounds because of the foul treatment that was being provided at that particular center. I love coming to Elite, the people are so nice and professional. I’m a bit conflicted as to why they sent me to do my first ultrasound at Wiin when they perform ultrasounds there. That was a little annoying, other than that…everyone is great. Nicole in reception is super wonderful.

Dr Sarozza is extremely knowledgeable, personable and has excellent bedside manners. She takes her time to answer your questions, hear your concerns to diagnose and treat your symptoms. She is an exceptional physician. Yessy, the ARNP is knowledgeable. Victoria, Carla and Desire are very helpful and pleasant.

I had a UTI and called they put me right in. The staff told me while I was in the waiting room that I needed a referral. They told me they reached out to my primary care and they said tell her to go to the ER. REALLY??? Then the staff at Yessy Felipe said try to call them and I did, they sent over the referral and didn't cost our healthcare more money no wonder why we have issues in this country. Anyway Yessy and her staff got it straight because they cared. Thank you so much for not leaving me in discomfort.

I truly don’t write reviews but how I was treated today by one of the women at the front desk was terrible. I was given a bill and information over the phone the day prior and told the woman that I would call back to give her the amount that I could pay at the visit. Unfortunately,I was not able to call back prior to my appointment the next day. I understand that this may have caused an inconvenience for the office and I apologized about that. After I told them I was not able to call back in a timely manner the woman at the front desk not dealing with me directly, but in the back with her colleagues proceeded to keep reiterating loudly that I did not call back. She kept saying this over and over and over and over again in a very aggravated and rude tone to the point where everyone including myself in the waiting room could hear her. I was getting very frustrated and embarrassed because I already apologized to you about not calling back and causing and inconvenience. Why would you continue to egg me on and talk about me to your colleagues where can still hear? That was so unprofessional. I understand venting about the situation, as it may have been frustrating as a staff member to have to deal with the consequences of me not calling back BUT there is a way to vent, and it’s in private or at lunch when patients are not around. I was approached by the manager because at this point I was holding up the line and causing a small scene trying to explain how the girls’ behavior offended me. The manager accurately explained all the payment details in a calm and respectful way but did NOT take any accountability for her receptionist’s actions AT ALL. I was told “this is why we like to do things over the phone because now I have a line” I was not reassured that her behavior was offensive and I felt like I was a nuisance as a patient. They made it seem like it was just so hard to help me because of one call back. This could have been handled so much better and I was so disappointed because I was supposed to find out my baby’s sex today but I’ve canceled care at Elite indefinitely. I will be finding a new OB. Nobody apologized and I was made to feel like I was the problem. Never again.

Dr. Sarroza is an incredible physician and anyone would be lucky to have her as their OBGYN. She practices evidenced based medicine, prompt, a great listener, and has a great personality. I feel very comfortable when under her care and would highly recommend to anyone seeking an OBGYN.

I find this practice very challenging to deal with. There is a lack of communication and being asked to make multiple appoints for things that can absolutely be handled in a single visit or a phone call is not reasonable. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone for appointments, questions etc. Overall I find my experience with this practice beyond frustrating. As the daughter of a physician I know that the patient experience can be better and should be. I have been surrounded by medical practices my entire life and this has been extremely aggravating.

Always the best experience!! Love Carla, love metha, love the nurse practitioner, the students, the front desk everyone is the best!!! You will not regret choosing this as your obgyn!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!
